Bill Brady鈥檚 tenure at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.聽For more than four decades, he has built a reputation for excellence and professional integrity that has earned him the respect of colleagues and adversaries alike.
He was always of the belief that success in the defense of a case stemmed from being more prepared than the opposition, especially at trial.聽Throughout his career Bill has been an advocate in defending major teaching hospitals, individual physicians, and nurses in New York State and New York Federal Courts.聽During his career, Bill tried numerous medical malpractice cases in all five boroughs of New York City and the counties surrounding it, obtaining excellent results for his clients.聽In addition to his work defending medical malpractice matters, he also litigated and tried drug product liability cases, municipal liability matters and general negligence cases.
Mr. Brady received a B.S. in Biology from Dickinson College, and after graduating from Vermont Law School he joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP as an associate in October 1981.聽After becoming a partner at the firm, he continued his career at the firm as a litigator and trial partner until retirement.聽His peers consistently recognized his expertise, awarding him the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell庐 every year since 1998 - which is their highest rating.聽Over the years he has also been selected to NY Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America漏 - Medical Malpractice Defense.聽Beyond his work as a defense trial lawyer, he has contributed to the legal profession as a pro bono mediator in employment cases for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.聽He has also been a dedicated mentor to the associates he worked with at 糖心原创.
