With a focus on high-stakes medical malpractice litigation, Richard provides the strategic oversight and advocacy necessary to protect the interests of healthcare providers in state and federal appellate courts. His practice is defined by exceptional analytical skills and highly developed research and writing abilities—qualities that led to his ascent to Partner following a successful tenure as a Senior Associate at the Firm.

Prior to joining ����ԭ��, Richard served as a Senior Appellate Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. There, he performed legal research on civil, criminal, family, and administrative law topics and analyzed legal arguments and appellate records. His earlier legal experience spanned all facets of commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense.

Richard received 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^® in America recognition for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence.
