Kevin McManus joined Martin Clearwater & Bell <span class="text-llp">LLP</span> in 2005. His practice encompasses all areas of medical malpractice and personal injury defense. He also manages a portion of the malpractice litigation for a major teaching hospital in New York City and Rochester.

Before joining ����ԭ��, Kevin was associated with defense litigation firms in New York, where he tried a number of cases to verdict. Prior to his legal career, he was employed in the financial industry, a background that provides him with a unique perspective on complex litigation matters.

Currently, Kevin serves as a member of the Firm’s Hiring Committee, where he plays a key role in the recruitment and development of the firm’s legal talent. He is rated AV Preeminent^® by Martindale-Hubbell^®, their highest rating.*
